• AC Direct is not responsible for damage to concealed plumbing unless we are notified in writing before installation begins.
• AC Direct does not accept liability for any damage caused by lift-up or condensation pumps. We recommend avoiding these wherever possible.
• The customer must ensure valuables and property in the installation area are protected. Someone should ideally be present during installation.
• Excludes de-installation of existing units.
• Excludes all civil, building, or painting work.

• Installation must be within 3 meters of the pool circulation pump. Additional materials billed separately.
• Includes 2 x isolation valves and 1 x bypass valve.
• Includes electrical connection to the existing pool pump DB board (excludes 19kW+ units and major rewiring).
• Installations outside major metros or in remote areas must be pre-approved by AC Direct. Travel charges may apply, or a refund will be issued if no installer is available.

• Electrical work for 19kW+ units or if supply to the pool DB board is insufficient.

• All civil, building, or painting work.

• Labour charges for warranty claims on installations not completed by an AC Direct-approved installer will be for the customer’s account.

• Next Day Installation is only available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town.
• Installations outside these major metros are excluded from this offer.

Installer Availability

• Installations are subject to installer availability.
• AC Direct reserves the right to postpone installation should teams be fully booked on the desired date.
