A pre-installation and indemnity form must be completed before installation. Customers should disclose known concealed plumbing and unexpected site constraints and protect valuables in the work area. To the extent permitted by law, AC Direct is not responsible for damage caused solely by a concealed condition that could not reasonably have been identified, but this does not limit statutory rights or liability for negligent or unlawful work.

Next Day Installation is exclusively available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town. It is subject to stock and installer availability. This offer is not available for automated online store purchases; it must be arranged directly through a sales ticket or phone call with the Sales Team. A pre-installation form must be completed prior to booking.
