• Please note: ETA is in November The Xpelair DX100HTS is a 100mm axial extract fan built to handle humidity, odours and mould growth in bathrooms, shower rooms, cloakrooms, toilets and kitchens — automatically, without anyone having to remember to switch it on. The built-in humidistat is what sets this model apart from the rest of the DX100 range. It senses rising humidity and starts the fan on its own, then shuts it down once moisture levels return to normal. Combined with the fully adjustable run-on timer — set anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes after switch-off — it means steam is cleared properly after every shower rather than left to settle into paintwork, grout and ceilings. For bathrooms with a persistent damp or mould problem, this is the model that actually solves it. Despite moving up to 74 m³/h (21 l/s), the fan runs at just 34 dB(A) at high speed and 22 dB(A) on low, measured at 3 metres — quiet enough not to dominate a small bathroom. Two speeds are selectable at installation, so the fan can be matched to the room rather than run harder than needed. Power draw is a modest 6 W, and the IPX4 rating means it's rated for splash exposure — suitable for installation in bathroom zones where moisture is a given. Finished in cool white with a conventional square grille fascia that suits most interiors, it mounts on wall or ceiling and ships with a wall fitting kit included.
