The LG ACHH Series Air Cooled Inverter Scroll Chiller is a complete, self-contained reversible heat pump chiller engineered for commercial and industrial buildings that need reliable chilled water cooling in summer and hot water heating in winter from a single machine. Every unit arrives factory assembled, wired, evacuated, charged and performance tested, so installation is faster and start-up costs are lower. At the heart of each chiller are hermetically sealed DC inverter scroll compressors with Variable Speed Drive, tuned specifically for part-load operation — where commercial plant actually spends most of its running hours. Combined with LG's V-shape condenser coil, internally grooved shell-and-tube evaporator and eco-friendly R410A refrigerant, the range delivers IPLV figures of up to 5.4 W/W without sacrificing full-load output. Built for harsh conditions, the ACHH Series uses LG's Black Fin heat exchanger with hydrophilic and corrosion-resistant coating, tested to 3,000 hours of salt spray — three times the endurance of a conventional coil — making it well suited to coastal, industrial and high-humidity sites. Wide operating envelopes allow cooling down to -15°C ambient and heating down to -30°C ambient. This range is available in five capacities: ACHH020LETB (18.5 RT / 65 kW), ACHH023LETB (21.0 RT / 74 kW), ACHH033LETB (32.4 RT / 114 kW), ACHH040LETB (37.0 RT / 130 kW) and ACHH045LETB (42.1 RT / 148 kW) — all 380–415V 3-phase. Up to 5 units can be linked to a single HMI controller, so plant capacity can be scaled from a single 20 RT machine to well over 200 RT.
