The BOS-G-PDU-2 is the cluster control box for Deye's BOS-G Pro storage systems — the unit that ties a stack of battery modules together into a managed high voltage cluster and connects it to the external PCS or inverter. One control box is required per battery rack. It handles a DC operating range of 200 to 1,000 Vdc with 100 A nominal charge and discharge current and a 120 A maximum, covering the full BOS-G Pro range from the 25.6 kWh through to the 87 kWh configuration. A front-mounted display gives on-site visibility of cluster status without needing a laptop. Built to European and British standards, it operates across a wide -20°C to 65°C temperature range — a broader envelope than the battery modules themselves — so plant room temperature is rarely the limiting factor. It ships as a complete connection kit rather than a bare box: 120 ohm terminal resistance, communication and power cables in several lengths, 2-metre EPCable2.0 and ENCable2.0 leads for the positive and negative PCS connections, inter-rack communication and power cables for two-rack installations, and a ground wire. Everything needed to commission a standard cluster is in the carton. Standard 19-inch rack-mount format at 440 x 570 x 150 mm, 19 kg.
