Servicing at heights is excluded, so please inform AC Direct before booking if the geyser is higher than ground floor. Remote-area services must be confirmed with AC Direct first, as additional travel costs may apply. Scaffolding or access equipment is excluded and must be highlighted before the service and negotiated with the installer on the day. Yearly servicing may qualify you for extended warranty benefits of 12 months on the unit, 2 years on the circulation pump and 3 years on the compressor. Please enquire about free extended warranty benefits when booking. Excludes call-out and fault finding, re-gassing, repairs and replacement parts, which will be charged separately.
