    • Excludes de-installation at heights. Please inform AC Direct prior to execution of works if the de-installation is higher than ground floor.
    • De-installations in areas outside major metropolis or in outlying areas must first be confirmed with AC Direct as the closest installer may need to charge additional for traveling.
    • Any cost for scaffolding to execute the de-installation is excluded. This needs to be highlighted before the de-installation and must be negotiated with the Installer on the day.
    • All building work is excluded from this de-installation cost.
